About the role
As a Lead V&V (Verification & Validation) Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the design, configuration, testing, and validation of complex HVDC Control & Protection (C&P) and automation systems. You will drive consistent design practices, common global processes, and robust V&V strategies to ensure flawless execution across projects (OTR), NPI and product care.
What you'll do
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team specializing in C&P systems, automation, HV/LV power systems, and V&V, ensuring solutions meet all contract, quality
- Provide expert technical guidance across the project lifecycle—including Tendering, Lab Testing (RTDS/ATE), FAT/FST, Site Commissioning
- Plan, monitor, and execute all V&V-related activities, ensuring rigorous defect tracking, traceability, test documentation
