About the role
The Product Structuring, Requirements & Interfaces Structure Leader is a strategic role focused on leading the transformation of Configuration Management and Systems Engineering practices for product structures. The role is accountable for standardization, requirements rationalization, interface definition, and plant system structuring across the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Configuration Management and Standardization Strategy Lead the Configuration Management standardization strategy for product structures across the organization
- Define and drive the future-state operating model for how engineering standards, requirements, and interfaces are structured and governed
- Ensure consistency and scalability of configuration practices across product lines and lifecycle stages
- Systems Engineering Transformation Leadership Lead the Systems Engineering transformation of product structures in alignment with Systems Engineering 2030 principles
- Establish and mature the system structuring logic that connects product definition, requirements, interfaces, and plant-level execution
