PT APAC Region Lean Leader

About the role

Coach, drive and lead lean behaviours, principles, and tools by partnering with Operating Leaders in business management roles (e.g. GM of Business Unit, or Executive Lead of a Function, Site Lean Leaders) in PT APAC.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activities
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions to drive process improvements
• Manage regional ‘Bowlers’ to track and ensure accountability and transparent communication of business metrics
• Drive the lean roadmap deployment across all sites and support functions
