About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will test our software products [or products/services] to find bugs and ensure high quality before they reach our users. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to write test cases, run tests, and report issues.
What you'll do
- Test Execution: Run manual and basic automated tests to find software defects and verify fixes. Experience with AI application testing, including running evals
- Test Planning: Review product requirements and write clear, concise test cases and test plans
- Process Improvement: Suggest ways to make the testing process faster and more accurate
- Performance testing for both cloud and on-prem deployments
- Infrastructure and application deployment testing for Docker and Kubernetes
