About the role
Electrical Sub-station Site In-charge capable of Supervising Civil and Electrical Works. Overall Supervision of civil and installation works. Acting as the main point of contact for the operational aspects of all site subcontracts Implementation of all safety procedures and detection of near-miss incidents.
What you'll do
- Serving as the primary contact for all construction-related issues for the customer
- Ensuring implementation of GEV’s EHS guidelines and the customer's EHS requirements into the project-specific EHS procedure, supported by the EHS department
- Preparing staffing plans, mobilizing site teams, and tracking actuals against plan
- Supporting project management in key client meetings
- Reporting of any unsafe practice to Site Manager & Safety Officer
