About the role
GE Vernova is seeking a Solution Cost Manager to join our HVDC team. This role is responsible for managing the cost baselines for all the HVDC reference solutions to ensure a concise, accurate and competitive cost basis is available and can be applied consistently across regions and tenders/projects.
What you'll do
- Own and develop reference solution cost baselines, templates and deployment packages, ensuring the baselines are clearly defined, accurate
- Drive the use of these cost baselines and ensure they are readily available and accessible to all users and stakeholders
- Define, maintain, and govern standard cost baselines for end-to-end reference solutions
- Work with Global Sourcing and others to keep costs up-to-date, identify any gaps and obtain costings as needed
