Also responsible for driving Strategic Sourcing Initiatives and will be coordinating with internal stake holders and suppliers for component & process development activities. The successful candidate for this position has experience in the manufacturing industry and a strong understanding of Sourcing / Negotiation / Technical knowledge, analytical skills and has similar industry / commodity experience
What you'll do
- Strategic Sourcing & NPI project management
- Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Define and execute sourcing strategies for new product components in coordination with R&D / Engineering / Supplier Quality
- Commercial & Cost Management (Design-to-Cost)
- Operational Execution & Project Milestones
- Supply Chain & Logistics Integration: Collaborate with the Global Logistics and Sourcing teams early in the NPI cycle to optimize packaging
