About the role
The successful candidate(s) will be a Senior Materials Engineer for nondestructive testing and evaluation technologies for Wind Turbine products.
What you'll do
- Maintain material and special process specifications for nondestructive test methods and procedures
- Work with suppliers to interpret specifications/standards and optimize production methods/techniques
- Evaluate the use of automatic and AI systems for NDT
- Review supplier and service provider NDT procedures and techniques to ensure compliance with codes, standards and specifications
- Service and RCA projects support – NDT process development for field inspection and validation. Interface with services teams and 3rd parties to develop field procedures…
