About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing strategy, manage testing activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test planning, automation, and quality assurance while working in Agile and DevOps environments to test components, feature and or feature set.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver medium-sized quality engineering tasks while mentoring and helping team members in Power System Domain which includes Energy Management Systems
- Make technology choices at individual level and analyse impact
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Integrate project testing with continuous-integration process
- Create effective scenarios and tests following best practices like Behavior Driven Development (BDD ) and Test Driven Development (TDD)
