About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – US Real Estate Operations to lead and scale a mix of underwriting, lender review, and real estate operations . This role requires strong expertise in US mortgage underwriting, condominium project reviews, and operational process management . You will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, and efficiency , while leading teams and building scalable processes that support business growth.
What you'll do
- Underwriting & Lender Review
- Lead end-to-end underwriting including Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Credit for US mortgage and condominium projects
- Reviewing and approving New and Established project across for all GSEs including Fannie, Freddie
- Oversee detailed analysis of complex documentation such as financials, insurance, CC&Rs, litigation, reserve studies, and legal records
- Compliance, Risk & Quality Management
