About the role
We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in maintaining accurate HR data, managing recruitment trackers and ATS records, and assisting in employee engagement activities.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update HR databases with high accuracy and consistency
- Ensure recruitment data is accurately captured in ATS and internal trackers
- Support HR reporting by preparing structured and error-free data
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding coordination for new joiners
