About the role

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT assets, troubleshooting laptop, desktop, network, and Wi-Fi issues, and ensuring uninterrupted IT services across all locations. The role involves coordinating with ISP/ILL vendors, resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining asset records, and supporting day-to-day IT operations to ensure a smooth and efficient technology environment.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT assets, troubleshooting laptop, desktop, network, and Wi-Fi issues
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues
• Manage and resolve Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, ISP, and ILL connectivity issues
• Maintain and track IT assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation
