About the role
We are looking for a DevOps Enginee r with 4-6 years of experience to own Recruiterflow's infrastructure end to end. You will be the go-to person for how our product is built, shipped, run and secured on AWS. You will take this setup and make it faster, cheaper, more reliable and easier for our engineering team to work with.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize EC2 fleet sizing, Auto Scaling and Application Load Balancer configuration for availability and cost efficiency
- Drive AWS cost optimization through right-sizing, Reserved Instances/Savings Plans, storage lifecycle policies and regular cost reviews
- Codify infrastructure as code so environments are reproducible, reviewable and version-controlled
- CI/CD and release engineering
- Own and improve our CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket Pipelines: faster builds, reliable test stages, PR checks and safe, repeatable deployments
