About the role
To ensure that the entire cycle of repair bench takes place within defined SLAs, with minimum quote rejection & minimum re-repair.
What you'll do
- Accurate diagnosis of the issue in the laptop/ printer/ desktop in time
- Ensure that there is minimum quote rejection from the customer
- Doing the L1 – L4 repair, as required
- Repair with minimum parts usage
- Doing ‘First time right’ to ensure minimum re-repair cases
