About the role
Demonstrate high technical competence in understanding selection philosophy and basis of torque calculations. Will be responsible for assisting field sales with the required technical support in carrying out selection and defining technical scope matrix for projects. Focus segment – Mining, Marine & Defense.
What you'll do
- Processing project RFQs / Enquiries for braking systems in Industrial sectors, such as Mining, Marine & Defense
- Assist Field Sales & Customer Care with non-standard requirements and recommend a Feature / Product / Solution
- Work out solutions based upon customer specifications
- Chalk out deviation/ compliance documents
- Assist in creation of technical documents such Proposal drawings, GA drawings, Calculation sheets etc
