What you'll do
- Shape the direction: Define the plant strategy and deliver the annual operating plan across revenue, profitability, cash, capital, and working capital
- Champion SQDCG: Establish a rigorous operating rhythm that elevates Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth
- Lead safety relentlessly: Build an uncompromising EHS culture where associate and product safety come first
- Build exceptional teams: Attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while strengthening frontline leadership and creating robust succession depth
- Drive accountability: Use sharp KPIs and disciplined reviews to communicate results, anticipate risks, and execute recovery actions with speed and transparency
