About the role
7–10+ years of experience in program management or technical project delivery. Transitioning from Org 62 to Informatica. Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories
- Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning
- Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team environments
