Senior Zuora Billing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Specialist with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing configuration, subscription management, and quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zuora Product Catalog, billing workflows, payments, subscriptions, amendments, and REST API integrations.Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, payment gateways, and API troubleshooting is essential.

What you'll do

• 1.Manage Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements – Configure and maintain products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, payments
• 2.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders – Understand requirements, translate them into Zuora solutions, participate in solution design, testing/UAT
• 3.Experience working with an integration layer such as MuleSoft and diagnosing cross-system failures
• Working knowledge of payment methods and gateways, including credit cards, ACH, direct debit, alternate payment methods, tokenized transactions
• 4.Experience designing complex Zuora Workflows
