About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Salesforce Service Cloud with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Management, Order Servicing, and Apex development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise Salesforce applications, along with strong knowledge of application architecture, CI/CD, and technical leadership.
What you'll do
- Salesforce Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and other Salesforce platform capabilities
- Drive technical implementation across Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Management, and Order Servicing
- Develop reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following established engineering standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality
