Mercury is RX’s global registration and eCommerce platform, supporting the journeys that bring visitors and exhibitors into our events. Its capabilities span registration, purchasing, badging and onsite access, connecting customer experiences with the data and business systems behind them.
What you'll do
- Coordinate testing, help business users evaluate new features, manage feedback, and communicate releases in clear, accessible language
- Plan and coordinate business acceptance testing
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand desired outcomes, user journeys, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate testing scope and schedules, providing participants with clear instructions, test-event links, and prerequisites
- Work with engineering, QA, and configuration teams to ensure environments, test data, and configurations are ready before testing
