Chemistry Content Expert – Agentic Solutions

About the role

As a Data Discovery and Enrichment Expert, you will bring chemistry expertise together with GenAI search practices to optimise how users find and retrieve chemistry information. You will help design and evaluate GenAI‑based search behaviours, create high‑quality test sets for training and validation, and collaborate with Data Science and Technology partners to shape new AI search solutions for Reaxys.

What you'll do

• Support the development and validation of chemistry connectors for agentic solutions
• Create test sets and evaluation datasets to assess the quality, accuracy, and reliability of chemistry connectors
• Analyze connector outputs against expected results, identifying gaps, errors, or edge cases
• Perform data analysis and create reports summarizing evaluation results and recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support issue resolution
