About the role
The Delivery Owner is primarily responsible for delivering Global Pharma products to customers. Typically specializing in one or more products while understanding deliverables across all of them, they work only on products approved by pre-delivery owners and ensure delivery is high quality and on schedule.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product delivery from completion of pre-delivery approvals through successful customer delivery
- Ensure delivery readiness and compliance by validating that editorial decisions, approvals
- Manage stakeholders and delivery dependencies by working closely with Pre-delivery and Post-delivery Owners and coordinating with publishers, printers, Journal Managers
- Complete delivery closure and enable timely billing by accurately documenting Proof of Delivery
- Track and control delivery performance using appropriate tools and dashboards to monitor actual delivery times, turnaround times, volumes, quality
