• Design, build and maintain high-quality software within your product or service area
• Produce clear technical design documentation aligned to RX architecture principles and engineering standards
• Build secure, resilient, observable and maintainable systems with solid foundations in performance, extensibility and reliability
• Apply testing strategies that improve deployment confidence and support safe, predictable delivery
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality and maintainability within defined constraints
