About the role
Mercury is RX’s global registration and eCommerce platform, supporting the journeys that bring visitors and exhibitors to our events. It covers registration, purchasing, badging, and onsite access, connecting customer experiences with the data and business systems behind them.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain a prioritized opportunity backlog for your area and contribute to the broader product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate validated opportunities into clear outcomes, scope, and requirements
- Work with adjacent product and business-system teams to manage dependencies across end-to-end journeys
- Partner with Product Analytics to define success measures, establish baselines, and evaluate releases and experiments
- Use launch results, customer feedback, and product performance to refine priorities and continuously improve the product
