Team Manager - Credit/Collections

About the role

As a senior Collections leader, you will drive collection effectiveness, cash flow optimization, credit risk mitigation, compliance, and operational excellence across global customer portfolios. You will lead and develop teams, deliver against key financial and operational targets, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve customer experience and business performance.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Collections Supervisors, Team Leads, and/or Collection Specialists
• Drive achievement of collection targets, DSO reduction, cash collection goals, aging management, and dispute resolution objectives
• Monitor operational performance through established KPIs and SLAs and implement corrective action plans where required
• Oversee collection activities for assigned regions, business units, and customer portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up of overdue balances and high-risk accounts
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to remove barriers to collections and ensure effective dispute management and root cause analysis
