About the role
We are seeking an Engineering Enablement Lead to help engineering teams work more effectively through better tools, processes, and best practices. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to improve collaboration, productivity, and the overall engineering experience.
What you'll do
- Identify and drive improvements in engineering workflows, productivity, operational efficiency, and team collaboration
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, and IT teams to understand challenges and implement practical solutions
- Lead the evaluation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of engineering tools, platforms, and workspace capabilities
- Establish and promote best practices for standardization, knowledge sharing, design reuse, and engineering excellence
- Drive initiatives focused on process simplification, workflow automation, and digital transformation
