About the role
As a Staff Test Engineer, you will be responsible to apply a broad level of expertise and knowledge in test discipline, leading and contributing to the development of the company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. This position will work on significant and unique issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
What you'll do
- Develop best of class test programs to support key NPI, quality & capability initiatives
- Support qualification, characterization, and correlation of developed products
- Train and guide more junior team members, building their skill sets and capabilities for independent success
- Work with leadership to implement processes, procedures, guidelines and specifications that define and drive execution and quality for the test group
- Implement and develop baseline software and hardware solutions for scaling the broader team or organization
