Manager – Regional Product Marketing, EPMA

About the role

This is a strategic and highly visible position responsible for driving market development, business growth, and customer engagement across India. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in microcontroller and microprocessor-based embedded systems, coupled with a strong background in product marketing, business development, and go-to-market execution.

What you'll do

• Drive regional business growth by enabling sales teams to achieve design-win objectives through comprehensive training, regular communications, customer engagement
• Develop and deliver compelling product marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and digital content that effectively influence customers, channel partners
• Represent regional market requirements to Product Business Units by providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer feedback
• Define and execute India-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with management, including product launches
• Identify, evaluate, and engage design partners and ecosystem enablers to strengthen product ecosystems, accelerate design wins, and drive sustainable revenue growth
