Technical project lead and/or technical guidance Analog and Power design of integrated circuit development projects Interface with layout, verification, test, product and application engineers to successfully bring new products from initial concept through release to production Instigate regular peer reviews with other analog engineers

What you'll do

• Manage the design team for day-to-day work
• Plan design resources to complete top-level schematic, layout and provide on-time tape out
• Participate in discussions and draft documents of technical issues and other design aspects with internal teams and customers
• Guide the layout of circuit blocks for high-speed performance and precision operations
• Analyze different process options to select the best process for given target application
