About the role
We are looking for an individual to lead SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) for Assembly sites (OSAT sites).
What you'll do
- Serve as the regional SQE focal point for assigned suppliers and manufacturing sites
- Quality Excursion Management & Corrective Actions : Lead investigations of quality excursions across internal operations, suppliers
- Continuous Improvement Leadership : Lead quality improvement initiatives, analyze quality trends and systemic risks, manage supplier escalation activities
- Training & Best Practice Deployment : Drive supplier quality capability development through training, coaching
