Deputy Manager - Litigation and Dispute

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic lawyer to join the Regulatory, Disputes and Litigation division of our corporate legal team at the head office at Gurugram.The role fundamentally involves providing legal advice, initiating and defending litigation, managing litigation database, coordinating with various stakeholders within the organization and to provide legal advice and assistance while securing the business interests of the organization.

What you'll do

• Leading and managing cases and issues related to Litigation and Dispute Resolution
• Advising various business verticals on legal issues associated with contracts, compliances, land related disputes, regulatory issues etc
• Distil and communicate complex legal issues in a simple, business manner, and assist in providing business-friendly solutions within the legal framework
• Drafting various dispute notices, claim letters, responses as per the terms of the project agreements
• Reviewing pleadings, issuing legal opinions
