What you'll do
- Documentation, Compliance & Controls
- Ensure strong understanding of internal controls and compliance across all treasury activities
- Ensure semi-annual/annual covenant compliances and submission of information to lenders/stake holders
- Support statutory, internal, and bank audits with accurate data and timely responses
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies
