About the role

With a view to encourage internal talent development and growth, we seek applications from interested employees for this role. To govern HSE in Solar projects within the framework of Environment, Health & Safety standards. To ensure compliance to, legal & statutory regulations.

What you'll do

• Effectively implement organizational safety programs and check effectiveness in projects
• Build safety work culture in the team
• Co-ordinate with central HSE for identifying the training needs and imparting in-house/ external training
• Monitoring HSE processes and procedures with continual improvement based on RCA and operational experience
• Tracking of health and safety metrics to identify and to reduce risks with implementation and tracking of mitigation plan
