About the role
Freshers from commerce/ finance background are encouraged to apply The Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates of branch collections, follow-up on UPI payments, and reducing outstanding receivables through proactive ageing analysis and reconciliation. The incumbent will report to the General Manager.
What you'll do
- Update branch collection files every 2 to 3 days for timely settlement and reporting
- Coordinate with Pan-India customers and branches to collect payment advice for correct allocation and avoid mispostings
- Track and follow up on UPI payments weekly through emails and calls to ensure month-end settlement
- Extract ageing reports before month-end closing to check pending set-offs
- Coordinate with branches to collect invoice details for payments kept on account in the customer ledger
