About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability of the Branch on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. The incumbent will report to the Regional Manager / General Manager PSD. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP)
- Motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & agreed KPIs
- Plan and implement branch sales promotion in consultation with marketing
- Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions
- Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes
