About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Consumables Executive to manage the procurement, inventory, and availability of consumable materials required for day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely availability of consumables while maintaining optimal stock levels and controlling costs. .
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day procurement and availability of consumable items required for operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly
- Raise purchase requests/orders based on operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely replenishment of consumables to avoid stock-outs and operational delays
