About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst Executive to sit at the centre of how operations performs and what it costs. From last-mile delivery and warehousing to fleet and vendor management, you will This is not a passive reporting role. You will own recurring dashboards, dig into performance and cost deviations, and build the analysis that supports network, vendor, and process
What you'll do
- Own daily and weekly dashboards across delivery performance, TAT/SLA adherence
- Cancellations, and warehouse throughput
- Investigate deviations — late dispatches, failed tasks, out-of-stock incidents, vehicle
- Idling — and identify root causes
- Track productivity and utilisation across manpower, fleet, and warehouse capacity
