About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to support and maintain the IT infrastructure across our corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores. The role involves managing IT assets, network infrastructure, firewall security, CCTV systems, POS devices, vendor coordination, and providing end-user technical support to ensure seamless business operations.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, barcode scanners, and other IT peripherals
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and overall network connectivity
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall devices to ensure network security and secure remote access
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, DVR/NVRs, and other security equipment across all locations
