About the role
dynamic Assistant Manager - Legal to join our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in corporate legal work, excellent drafting skills, and a strong understanding of Contract Laws, the Companies Act, 2013, applicable stamp duty and registration laws, Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and other related laws.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts — rental agreements, vendor/supplier
- Contracts, and service agreements
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: risk review, approvals, renewals, and repository
- Liaise with multiple internal departments to coordinate and respond to customer/vendor
- Complaints and legal notices
