About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, negotiate with vendors, maintain supplier relationships, and support inventory planning while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of warehouse setups, from approved drawings and signed agreements through
- Handover to ops. You'll be the delivery lead coordinating design, vendors, data, and operations to bring
- Source and procure materials, products, and services as per business requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings
