About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern . The role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience. You will play a key role in supporting the TA team in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.
What you'll do
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
