About the role
We are looking for a high-performing and result-oriented Presale Assistant Manager / Manager to lead a team 20+ presales executives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in presales, excellent command of data tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of presales executives/senior executives to meet lead qualification and conversion goals
- Monitor daily performance and optimize productivity using data dashboards and CRM platforms
- Utilize calling tools for lead management and effective customer engagement
- Analyze customer behavior to refine engagement scripts and targeting strategies
- Motivate the team with goal-setting, performance tracking, and coaching to drive results
