About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide integrations within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. This role will serve as a senior technical developer for HCM integrations, leveraging Boomi as the primary middleware platform to enable secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external business applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules, and integration workflows
- Lead technical design sessions and provide subject matter expertise for Oracle HCM integration architecture and development
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues, data discrepancies, interface failures, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability
