This role will be instrumental in a major Workday–Phenom transformation initiative , partnering closely with business stakeholders and global teams to improve how talent processes are delivered, adopted, and optimized across the organization. As part of the IT Applications team , you'll bring strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent, and enterprise application delivery to help drive business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Support and enhance enterprise-wide applications that enable talent acquisition and talent management processes
- Contribute to a global Workday–Phenom project, helping to improve system capabilities, user experience, and business outcomes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical application solutions
- Design, develop, configure, test, and implement enhancements within Workday Talent and Workday Recruiting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, system administrators, and project partners across multiple regions
