About the role
The Senior Technical Advisor, Clinical Services & Health Systems Transformation will provide senior-level technical expertise to strengthen how health services are organised, managed and delivered, with an initial focus on improving maternal survival and reproductive health outcomes.
What you'll do
- Health Systems and Service Delivery Transformation
- Apply systems thinking and health systems transformation approaches to identify and address systemic barriers to quality health care
- Provide strategic and technical advice to national and subnational governments on health system and service delivery reforms
- Provide expert technical guidance to governments and country teams on redesigning clinical care pathways, referral systems
- Translate findings from maternal death reviews, routine performance data and other sources into prioritised, feasible improvements in clinical care
