About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and accomplished professional to lead two of the jewellery industry's most prestigious platforms — the Retail Jeweller India Awards and the Retail Jeweller MD & CEO Awards. These flagship platforms bring together the industry's most influential business leaders, brands, retailers, manufacturers and designers , celebrating excellence, innovation, leadership and achievement.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete operations of award events from planning to execution
• Drive participation and nominations from leading jewellery companies and industry professionals
• Manage entries, screening, jury coordination and confirmations
• Coordinate with CEOs, MDs, founders, sponsors and key industry stakeholders
• Work with internal teams, agencies, vendors and production partners for smooth event execution
