What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technology roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent databases
- Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates for current and future client needs
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates through personalized messaging and targeted email campaigns
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and communicate findings to senior recruiters and hiring teams
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate engagement data within an applicant tracking system (ATS)
