About the role
The Integration Services Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our mission-critical enterprise platforms. This role focuses on applying Managed File Transfer (MFT) best practices using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / File Gateway and managing enterprise job orchestration using Tidal Workload Automation (or similar products).
What you'll do
- Monitor MFT feeds to ensure the successful transmission and delivery of all files
- Monitor system alerts for database connectivity, CPU, Memory, and disk space issues
- Respond to all MFT Incidents and Tidal Alerts and timely and efficiently
- Resolve all issues following documented SOP’s including feed/job changes
- Perform routine modifications as requested by stakeholders
