About the role
This individual will operate as an individual contributor (IC), responsible for conducting complex customer-level credit risk assessments and driving high-quality underwriting decisions across multiple Rippling products — including, but not limited to, the Spend Management Corporate Card portfolio, Employer of Record, Payroll, Bill Pay, and related financial offerings.
What you'll do
- Perform customer-level credit reviews using both external and proprietary data sources
- Oversee customer escalations and respond to questions/requests from the Sales + Support functions
- Investigate and take action on high-risk customer credit situations, as needed
- Formulate and present credit recommendations to senior team members and the credit committee
- Monitor portfolio-level performance against internal targets and required thresholds
