About the role
The Finance Accounting team builds the accounting foundation behind Rippling’s Finance products. This is a high-leverage product area where accounting infrastructure, ERP connectivity, and AI automation meet. The team’s work spans the full lifecycle of financial data: helping customers configure accounting rules, validate transactions before they post, recover when syncs fail, and ultimately close their books with more confidence and less manual work.
What you'll do
- Design product experiences that give accountants confidence in the accuracy, completeness, and auditability of their books
- Lead the development of AI-assisted accounting workflows that help customers validate transactions, identify exceptions, recover from failures
- Partner deeply with engineering and design to turn complex accounting and integration problems into intuitive, reliable product experiences
- Spend time with customers, implementation teams, support, accounting experts
